We dispatch most orders on the same business day or the next business day. Our goal is a reliable delivery timeframe of 3–8 business days, depending on destination, carrier, and selected shipping method. Shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout.

We ship across Europe and internationally. Paris Poster delivers to many countries worldwide, including key markets in Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.

Shipping methods, tracking & service points

Shipping options depend on your destination and the products in your cart. At checkout, you can select the best option for you (home delivery or service point / pickup location when available).

  • Tracking: Most shipments include tracking. You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
  • Service points (pickup): If a service point is full or unavailable, your package may be automatically redirected to the nearest available pickup location and you will be notified.
  • Delivery attempts: If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may schedule another attempt or deliver to a nearby pickup point, depending on local rules.

Customs, duties & import taxes

For international orders, your country may apply customs duties, VAT/GST, or import taxes. These fees are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

  • Within the EU: typically no customs duties between EU countries.
  • Outside the EU (e.g., USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Saudi Arabia): local customs fees may apply depending on destination and order value.

Packaging & product protection

We take great care in packaging to protect your artwork during transit. Posters and prints are packaged to minimize bending and impact. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist quickly.

Returns, replacements & delivery issues

If you encounter any issue with shipment, delivery status, or package condition, please reach out to us by email. We’ll do our best to help you resolve the situation quickly.

  • Damaged items: send photos of the damage and packaging; we will propose a solution (replacement or other assistance depending on the case).
  • Tracking not updating: sometimes tracking updates can be delayed; contact us and we’ll check with the carrier.
  • Wrong address: if you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately; changes are easier before dispatch.

How to get the best shipping options

  • Make sure your address details are complete (street number, apartment, postal code, phone number if required).
  • If service points are available, choose a pickup location that is convenient and open during your schedule.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), consider ordering earlier to avoid carrier delays.
