Legal Warranty As a consumer, you benefit from a two-year legal warranty (right to claim) in accordance with European sales laws. This warranty covers material and/or manufacturing errors. Depending on the situation, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, get a refund, or a price reduction. The legal warranty does not apply to errors or damages resulting from improper handling of the product/service. You must make your claim within a "reasonable period" after discovering the defect. Paris-poster.shop will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
For returns, claims, or exercising the right of withdrawal, you must first contact us by email. Shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Refund Policy To receive a refund, please provide your banking details, i.e., your registration and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be safely communicated by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive and will only be used for processing the refund itself.
Right of Withdrawal Products purchased from our online store are subject to a 30-day withdrawal right. This period is calculated from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You receive the last item in the case of an agreement involving multiple different items ordered at the same time but delivered individually or in several shipments.
- You receive the last lot or piece in the case of an agreement for delivery of items consisting of several lots/pieces.
- You receive the first item in the case of regular delivery of items over a certain period. Return costs are your responsibility. Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 30 days after purchase and, following withdrawal, you must return the shipment within 30 days. The notification should be made by email. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you should use the return label that was sent to you.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear prior notification.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Items that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
- Sealed items which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
- Items that, by their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Items whose seal is broken.
- Non-material services performed if the service has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal.
- Delivery of digital content not physically delivered if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals; however, contracts for subscription to these publications are excluded.
- Agreements made at a public auction.
- Items that deteriorate rapidly or become obsolete.
Returns The order will be returned without unnecessary delay no later than 30 days following your use of your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct return costs. When you return the item, you are responsible for the item being properly packaged. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation in the package. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return.
We do not accept packages sent using cash on delivery.
Condition of the Item upon Return You are only responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
If the item has been tested beyond what has been described above, you should consider it used. This means that if you withdraw your purchase, you will be refunded partially or not at all, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of the return. To receive the full purchase amount, you must test the item without using it.
Refund Payment If you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount to you. However, return costs and any depreciation for which you are responsible will be deducted. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.
